Yes! We always plan to leave the afternoon Day 3 open for you to take advantage of any of the amenities you wish to experience at the given location.

Prior to the retreat, we will ask for any food allergies or intolerances and do everything in our power to accommodate throughout the retreat.
Retreats features participants from all different backgrounds and experience levels when it comes to fitness. The workouts are very inclusive.
That is totally okay! We encourage all members of the retreat to make the experiencewhatever they wish for it to be. We will do our absolute best to ensure you leaveexperiencing exactly what you were hoping for an so much more.

- are stuck in a fitness rut and looking to make changes
