Back in 2017, Dr. Suzanne Rutherford, MD, found herself in a fitness rut. Approaching 40, the demands of work, motherhood, and life had pushed self-care to the back burner. She reached out for help, and I introduced her to my evidence-based online training system. She was hooked.

With a consistent fitness and nutrition routine, Suzanne saw the results she’d been longing for. One day, she said, "Jake, I have no doubt this can help many of my fellow women physician colleagues...”

In January 2018, the Canadian Women Physicians Fitness Community was born. What began as a 12-week trial with 35 members has grown into a thriving community of 500+ Canadian women physicians—lifting each other up, getting stronger, and becoming their most confident, bad a$$ selves.
